For a guy from 5ft 5-6 ft tall 130-210 is pretty decent 130 for a 5 ft 5 and 210 for a 6 ftr. Off course if you have more muscle from exercise as i and hustler and several others do then this scale becomes skewed.

Since 4 weeks of carb cycling / cutting, I've been seriously considering taking the next 6 months to bulk heavy, and super clean, then see if I can cut to 8%, and possibly enter a "all-natural" competition. I feel like its the next step. I know 100% of this board thinks that is queer.

Oh, I'm 5'5" and weigh 160 (fat ass). I need to get down to about 145 again - that 15 pounds is all on my gut and chin.

I have to use an elliptical machine so my knee doesn't swell up like a volleyball. Its been 2 years since I tore my acl, lcl, pcl in my right knee but if I try to go running it feels like it was yesterday.

I used to a competitive long distance runner but my knees won't even let me go for a jog now (hence the incredible weight gain from 120 -> 160). I eat like I am still running 10 miles a day.

I try to only run on treadmill/dirt/track and avoid pavement. I shammed out for a month and didn't go to the gym and lost a full minute on my two mile.

I've been lucky to avoid injury with my knees (knock on wood). In 05 I had "runner's knee" and late 06 shinsplints, but those went away over Xmas leave. Now if my damn rotator cuff would heal I could start working upper body and get some of that back, my chest/arms are shrinking :(

Up until about 6 months ago I was jogging 2 miles about 2-3 times a week. It was taking 18-20 minutes. It's hard to believe I used to run the same thing in under 10 minutes back in high school. Makes you realize how old you are! I've got a friend that runs 6 miles a day but even a run of 4 miles will leave me crippled for a couple of weeks. The knees just can't take it any longer. I've been doing a slow hour maybe 1-2 times a week on the treadmill lately but that's not much cardio.

Hell when I was swimming year round I used to be 125 and cut as hell. *doh* Course I realize 125 is a rediculous weight...but the cutness I miss and getting away with 8 meals a day.

Does skating count? I try to skate a little each week and hit the part at least once a month, and I am hopping to start skating at the park atleast 2 times a month. I miss having an 8 pack from skating.

You go bro! All natural and bulked is the shizz. I respect your hard work and ethics. My wife wants to get a P.T license to go along with her life coach license. She had surgery 5wks ago and is missing the bike and the weights. She has 2wks to go before she can do the bike again.

I'm 5'6- 210 and coming down. I want to lean out, and be around 190. That is a good weight for me.

Iused to run but it ate up my hip. Started bike riding 3 years ago at 50. Feel great 25 miles a day average about 12mph. Lost 35 pounds so 5' 7"" 175 pounds

I'm a bit under 6'3 and anything less than about 210 is TOO skinny.

I didn't smoke any crack, I'm just skinny as hell. I did gain 10 lbs this summer to get me up to 180 though at one point. We're probably the same height Philip. Somewhere just under 6'3.

pretty intense diet that 9 out of 10 people cant do. 5 bite diet. 5 bites of any food u like twice a day before 6PM and drink only water. Very hard at first but after 2 weeks gets simple. So u think 190 is too low for me?
