How much do you weigh?
Since 4 weeks of carb cycling / cutting, I've been seriously considering taking the next 6 months to bulk heavy, and super clean, then see if I can cut to 8%, and possibly enter a "all-natural" competition. I feel like its the next step. I know 100% of this board thinks that is queer.
You go bro! All natural and bulked is the shizz. I respect your hard work and ethics. My wife wants to get a P.T license to go along with her life coach license. She had surgery 5wks ago and is missing the bike and the weights. She has 2wks to go before she can do the bike again.
I'm 5'6- 210 and coming down. I want to lean out, and be around 190. That is a good weight for me.
5'7" 183lbs, I used to hit the gym 4-5 times a week until my son was born. I havent been to the gym in 11 months.

19 years old, 5'10", 130-140 lbs. I played soccer for a long time and did cross country for a year in high school, but haven't exercised regularly since. I also eat whatever I want whenever I want, yay for my metabolism!. :gay:
I didn't smoke any crack, I'm just skinny as hell. I did gain 10 lbs this summer to get me up to 180 though at one point. We're probably the same height Philip. Somewhere just under 6'3.
pretty intense diet that 9 out of 10 people cant do. 5 bite diet. 5 bites of any food u like twice a day before 6PM and drink only water. Very hard at first but after 2 weeks gets simple. So u think 190 is too low for me?
