Five bites usualy means half a pizza is gone for me. I am at somewhere aroun negative body fat near 190 lbs and i am 5 11. I wanna get back to 210-215 But i like to eat to much, and i dont work out as much as i used to either.

I'm 6' and my body seems to settle-in at 190-195 when I do nothing about my diet and dont go to the gym.

when i do go to the gym i stay closer to 195 and just lean out.

i have NO idea what a diet would do to me. I don't intend to find out.

I just kind of settle around 260 :dunno:

I don't drink soda, I don't eat a lot of sugar, I don't eat candy or desert, I just like food :dunno:
