For most married guys I know, the initial reaction was "A day without a woman? Alright!"

So I drove my car tonight.
For the first time, since November 2016.

Rebuild / refresh / reinstall / re- check... All done.

eEvery once in a while I feel the need to troll my wife. Here is a little text exchange when I took our 6 month old Daughter with me to eat breakfast.

Me, "Do you think its a problem if Wren ate a whole strip of bacon?"
Her, "I am going to assume you are joking."
Me, " Uh oh, she's not looking so good."
Her, "I swear to God, you better be joking. If you are, please note that I am not amused."

Troll's on you. Aside from the fact that a 6 month old has insufficient teeth, there's not really any real reason she can't eat bacon.

I had my baby eating spicy chuck chili at 12 months. He was loving it.

Honestly after about 8 months, I was stoked because it means not having to make two dinners for my family.

Over 3yrs in and the picky eater of mine means I'm still making separate food for her :(

My wife seems to think that going from straight breast milk to enough bacon to fill her stomach would be a royal problem. Nothing like vomiting in the car seat on the way to Grandma's. Currently, spit up is minimal, at least for the baby!

She was more like 5.5 months old then. She just turned 6 months today.

My son was born in Germany, breast fed, and took baby food when he was able. Wife brought him back to the States at 6 weeks and the Dr. was upset that he was eating meat(albeit Gerbers). Who knew? He loved it.

I mean there would be no permanent damage from the bacon. vomit and shitstorms are another story.

..

We never needed formula or baby food for our kids. straight from the boob to the butcher. And Jasper, our youngest, is a 14 month old meat fiend.

I took the boys out for burgers the other night. He managed to finish the whole slider he got--meat, veg, bun, all of it.

Watch out. When they eat like that it means they're gonna grow.

Sigh... jealous of their eating habits.

Almost bought a z06 today. test drove it, ran like raped ape. Stepped on it on 2nd gear with about 50 mph and it burned up the tires. Probably got it up to 5k rpm and then it broke loose.

We agreed on a price with the dealer (out the door price) and it was all good and then they tried to add the warranty on top when we agreed on the warranty to be included in the out the door price.

Sigh.

That won't remain past two meals if no other choices are given. Hungry people will eat whatever is presented.

Don't raise a snowflake or you'll be sorry, lol.

Typically true, and children will not starve themselves to death. But, we had one son that went days without solid food because he refused to eat Chicken Noodle Soup. We caved and changed the "Nothing until you eat it" to "no candy for 18 months". That was enforceable. He still does not eat CNS.

My policy with my son was always "you have to at least try it". I wouldn't force him to eat something he dislikes, but he had to try everything at least once. This has made him much more open to trying new foods, and to our relief, he has not become a picky eater. There are some things he doesn't like and doesn't eat, but I am okay with that. No one likes everything.

Of course, as a pre-teen he lives on PB&J, but he always eats a healthy dinner, and likes most vegetables.

PB&J: not just for children anymore. Love mine with good Guava jelly, which is hard to find around here.

Tips for getting mazdaspeed calipers off? Went to do the rear passenger, could not get the bolts off for ****. Used PB to try to loosen, no go.

Previous tech must of used an impact

I have a large electric impact for those situations.

If a breaker bar+cheater combo does not budge them, try heating just the bolts. If you have a propane or MAPP torch, a couple minutes will suffice.
I would replace the bolts, tho.

(Believe it or not, I did use a heat gun in a pinch once.)
