Maybe your odds would be better with the entry level model?

I made the assumption that everybody made cardboard robot suits in their childhood. Some in adulthood.

Ok, not cardboard, but my friends (literally) at Egg Sisters Cosplay made this Reinhart (Overwatch) cosplay.

The best I ever made out of cardboard was a car that I wore around me in elementary school for a mile run. My cardboard suit game is definitely lacking.

On vaca, out in the yard picking some weeds. A f'n bug flies into my ear. I swat at it (mistake) and instead of coming out, it goes all the way in. Yay. So this thing (at this point i have no idea what it is), now stuck in ear wax, is furiously buzzing away right at my ear drum. I start to go into a small panic as I dont know what type of bug is banging into my drum. It is ridiculously loud and painful. I am expecting to be bitten or stung at any moment.

I rush inside and tell my wife (she's laughing). I tell her it is serious and she starts to prep herself for the hospital. I'm like BS, I am not going to the ER for a f'n bug.

I grab a mirror and flashlight (yes, it's the one samnavy recommended)......cant see **** but the fkr is so loud my wife can hear it. I calm myself down and start googling. Light can be a good thing or a bad thing, it depends on the bug. I grab some baby oil and have the wife pour it into my ear. No mo buggy noises but he (yes I assigned a gender to it) didnt come out when I turned over to dump the oil.

Fast forward a few hours later.....I couldn't confirm he was out. My wife couldn't see anything nor could I feel him. I flushed a few more times with no luck. Just now, I poked around in there with a qtip and I was finally able to get him the fk out. Fk bugs. /rant

The moral of the story:

Leave the yard work to the kids/slaves.

And, you just assumed the bug's gender?

So, is the tall, short-haired one single and heterosexual? (Asking for a friend, obvioulsly.)

Ugh, this is quite embarrassing. He was rubbing his man parts all over my eardrum. I guess I had it coming though as I was wearing a blue shirt. Studies show that flies prefer blue to yellow by about three times.

Key word here is "girlfriend."

If she now has veto authority over what might could maybe possibly in a stretch be considered a legitimate business purchase, she is no longer "girlfriend."

Common law, bruh!

Shared bank accounts, living situations, etc, don't = common law married. Basically you have to present yourselves in public as being husband/wife.

It is more of I don't have cash on hand to buy robot welders outright. Any sort of financing I have to do goes through her to make sure that someone sane is looking to make sure I don't blow a large chunk of money on something useless.

I also do think CARB is something I care far more about getting then robot welders. The actual welding is the most enjoyable part of building the setups for me.

Joe, it's entirely possible she may not qualify for the latter. "Sisters" might be a red herring. Also her name is Linda and she's a Cubs fan not a ... Durham Bulls (??) fan?

google for five minutes for your friend.

I've only had a moth crawl into my ear while sleeping. A flashlight did the trick and it thankfully did not get stuck inside my ear. Crawled right out and flew off into the night.

Bugs aside, it's time for me to ask a random Miata Aids question.

----

Fuel cut on throttle lift, what is it? The act of fuel cut when you let off the throttle and no fuel is being sprayed. Coasting in gear, no throttle, fuel cut... AFR is 22+

WTF SENSOR CONTROLS THIS, OR IS IT MORE ORGANIC MAGICAL NATURE OF MULTIPLE SENSORS THAT CUT FUEL?

At wit's end with the issue. Symptoms include, 1200rpm, running rich. It is NOT a vac leak as it comes and goes when it wants. There are days when everything is smooth sailing and A-OK, 28mpg.

So far I've replaced my map sensor and tried a friend's msm bog solenoid and same issues. I can get codes posted later this afternoon.

Can be activated at times by slight throttle, possibly TPS giving bad readings?

As long as I'm driving at pace, normal load. Not in traffic stop and go or idle at a light. Runs just fine.
