How (and why) to Ramble on your goat sideways
Cruise control cable routing?
Throttle cable routing incorrect/against oil fill tube?
Throttle cable missing clip/anchor on plastic cover?
Throttle cable sheath missing/worn in a spot by alternator?
By-pass/BOV missing label?
Alternator control wire laying on alternator, not behind/incorrect routing?
"Coolant splatter" on plastic cover? (not saying it is, probably just dirt, but could see someone saying/thinking that)

There are several hoses that do not have clamps, that I would have clamps on.
Also, cracks in the intake that will allow unmetered air to enter.

I will say its not that something is missing, its in the pic for sure. Plainly visible in fact.
I mean, its not that creative

Yeah, there are a lot of random things in there where you go "huh, that looks like it should have a clamp" but then its completely stock, all the clamps are as delivered.
****, where? AFAIK, no leaks.
It's fun though, isn't it?
This is an emissions test. If it does not or cannot effect emissions, they can't fail you on it. It also failed a visual inspection. There are no codes and no mechanical faults, car runs like a top.
Ok, here is a pic of the issue from another angle:
You guys are going to ******* hate me when we finally figure this out

That's the OEM intake. It's legitimately all stock parts, everything in that picture is OEM.

I'm not sure what you are pointing at, but there is nothing disconnected that is critical that I am aware of. Even if something was disconnected, that isn't why it failed
Oh, I think I see what you mean. I think that's just a seam in the plastic? I'll check it out, but no, that's not it.
Narp.
Literally have not changed a thing between the 2 pics
From where? But no, that isn't the issue.
I'm covering for my boss in an ops meeting this morning, but I'll post the answer before lunch PST. I appreciate everyone who has played along to this point
