^ That's some seriously respectable work on the drum-micing.

Like, I've worked with people who do literally nothing but that at a professional level, and I still can't quite visualize the setup.

An lot of post work was obviously involved, but that in no way diminishes the need for capturing clean isos during the session. Which definitely happened here.

You (and Scott) may find this interesting then.

And keep in mind in this video, he's a stones throw from 60.

Like when I saw Rush on the R40 tour back in 2015. Peart was still just mind blowing.

I'm committed to an E60 tune, but there is only one station in my region that sells corn. I'm looking for a roughly 35 gallon fuel caddy, but they all seem kinda crap quality. Does anyone have experience or recommendations? I'm ok with multiple small containers if that's the right solution.

I use 5 gallon jugs like Scribners or https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/pr...3?cm_vc=-10005 but tractor supply sells plenty of larger transfer tanks if you want one.

Consider an RV freshwater tank.

They're typically made from polyethylene, and are robust and inexpensive. You can buy 'em in a variety of shapes and sizes, often with no fittings or holes so that you can cut your own.

One random example: https://www.plastic-mart.com/category/33/rv-water-tanks

Same advice applies to pesticide tanks: https://www.northerntool.com/shop/to...+sprayer-tanks

I hadn't seen that, Danny and the other Tools. Kidding kidding the other guys are ok. He might be the best living drummer... Thanks for posting!!
Now I feel the need to share my favorite drummer videos from when I could go to shows. To continue the theme of people who might be too good at their craft:
The thing with Tortoise is that at least three of the members are super accomplished stickmen.

And who could go without the early Hella stuff before they devolved into actual noise:

“It appears that we have differing expectations as to the level of service response which is appropriate during a major outage at a national network hub.”

That's not exactly the email that I woke up this morning hoping I'd have to send.

My laptop is nearing its usable life after many, many, many years of pretty hard use.
I had to find and buy a new one, and it turned out to be an ordeal - there are so many models with cool features.
Finally got a pretty hi tech laptop. It has a color monitor!

It seems that absolutely no one manufactures a small, propane toaster oven. Or even a Coleman-fueled one.

They have those propane pizza ovens. That's somewhat close.

Took old boy out for a spin and had to go pay the attendant twice. Premium has skyrocketed and now I'm sad.

I'll be taking the SS for flex fuel kit and tune tomorrow.

$3.09 is skyrocketed? It's $4.29 here. Had to swipe my card twice when filling 5 jugs of fuel for the track.

We actually have to show collateral to fill the tank. Gas is expensive over here.

+1 on Hakan.

1 US gallon is 3.78 liters. 1 liter of fuel here costs approx 1.55 euros. 1 euro is 1.18USD today. That is 6.9USD per gallon.

No. We aren't fortunate enough to be blessed with E85 down here. A few places in Miami have it, though.

It was $3.98 for premium, which is nearly a dollar more than it was last time I put gas in the car. Just a few days since this post it's passed $4. The rapid increase is why I said skyrocketing.

22 year old Frank Hayes had never won a race before, and was in fact not a jockey by profession, but a horse trainer and longtime stableman.

In 1923, he rode a horse called Sweet Kiss at the Belmont Park Steeplechase on Long Island. The horse, a 20-1 outsider, was owned by Miss A. M. Frayling.

During the latter stage of the race, Hayes suffered a heart attack and died. His body slumped over onto the horse, but remained in the saddle. Sweet Kiss finished the race in first place by a head, with Hayes still atop her back, making him the first (and to date, only) jockey to have won a race while deceased.
