Welcome. Track days... Barber Motorsports Park of course. Road Atlanta isn't a bad drive either. Good places to live, anywhere outside of Jefferson county. Trussville is nice and convenient, Helena, Pelham, Alabaster, Hoover, Homewood, all pretty good towns. Junkyards, I honestly don't know. We do have a few pretty decent junkyards, pull-a-part for one. Any other questions let me know. I think we have at least 1 or 2 other semi local guys that frequent here.

Nasa - me either. I might visit just to get pumped up - or bummed out - about finishing the car. I'd take the auto NB but #4 has a cracked ring.... anyway, welcome to the ham George... just steer clear of West End and the area in general. I'm in Alabaster, close to Shelby CO airport.

What's up with the car Bryan? I guess I haven't been reading the Miata specific sections as much lately. I'm just here to be a hated troll. Next time you get her out, I want to get some more pictures, especially since I'll have new gear.

Haha tell me about it. I commute from birmingham to the Honda plant in Lincoln everyday. Left for work at 630 yesterday morning and just got back a few hours ago. That black ice was lots of fun in my rwd truck . On the plus side the miata is getting towed up this weekend.

At least this isn't at all common. I've seen much more snow here, but never this kind of clusterfuck before.
