Default I Need Your Help (Don't bother if you don't know ANY WOMEN)

I know everyone knows someone who has suffered from cancer, we (my university lab) are doing research in this area and we need more participants. If each of you will just pass along the attached flyer or get someone to fill out our form to see if they qualify to be in the study it would be helpful.

I am assisting in running a study on breast cancer survivors, so we are looking for women both with and without a history of breast cancer between the ages of 18-65.

To see if you are eligible for our study, please go to:

http://cim.usuhs.mil/cancerstudy

For more information, you may contact Lisseth Calvio at (301) 295-9660 or via email at cogworkstudy@gmail.com

This research project is being conducted by the

Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences
Bethesda, Maryland

Good luck with it Mark, that's a good cause, wish I could help but don't know anyone that qualifies.

Agreed that it is a good cause. My local club, LVMOC, runs a breast cancer charity run each year.

But it is hard to belive that kotomile doesn't know ANY women between the ages of 18 to 65, with or without a breast cancer history. I'm sort of worried about him.

Wrong type. My sister is recovering from liver cancer surgery. Cancer is nasty stuff, and I wish you success in helping erradicate it.

I do know some people in the MD area, and I'll pass this along.

My mother is a 20+ year breast cancer survivor. I'll forward this to her.

<edit> just reviewed the .pdf and she's well over the 10 year primary treatment limit.

I'll forward to my sister... she's in MD/DC and I'm sure she would be willing to participate if it's not too time intensive (she has a hectic schedule).

*edit* It looks like this is an online test and location won't matter... Mark, can you verify?

These have been showing up around this area a lot lately, and they donate to good charity's.

Cool idea, but they donate only 5% of gross sales. I'm surprised that BCRF would allow their logo to be used for such a small return.

Better than nothing and maybe it will promote someone to buy something that would not have donated at all. Thats all I'm saying.

Buy your right, it sucks that they can get away with only a 5% donation.
