shit does anyone know how tough dc safety and emissions inspection is? or for that matter, va? or pa? de? i want to register my shit out of state because i have dick coming out of the obd2 port now and the maryland emissions inspection consists of an obd2 scan...

VA inspections really matter on where you go to have it done. I've had people pass me with failing brakes and a variety of issues and I've had people fail me for fucking stupid shit. One guy failed my IS300 for "being too low" when I only had a half slam on it. As for inspections - OBD2 will be scanned if you have the port.
