that is all. I'm making myself buy MegaSquirt first, then the 1.8 motor and rear end swap, then turbo system.

I haven't driven my car in a month. Just wanted to give it up to the group.

Man i bought my car in august and the longest drive i ever took it on was driving it back to my house which was like 200 miles. After that it sat in my driveway because I found out my turbo was on the hilt of failing.
Bum deal, soon to be corrected so i feel both of you.
The problems only continue on after you're turbo as well, so get used to it. Gonna take a while to get everything worked out.

Wow, I don't think I've ever had a single day where I haven't driven my car for at least 26 miles. But then again, all my Miatae are stock down to the airbox.

Well there were points at which I had five cars, so not having the Miata running was a non-issue. I was about to start the project when other stuff happened (baby, mandatory renovation that got way worse before it got better). Then my first engine died. If an event could occur to delay the project, it did. But I don't regret any of the down time now. The reward is waiting in work invested IMO.
