Just saying...

Yes, I like the way my Red Geo with tinted windows looks. I especially like how the 50 MPG bumper sticker I put on it stands out <G>.

Gay or not, the car is basically FREE to drive and may actually pay me. This is the first car I've ever owned that cost nothing to have around. It won't depreciate, it saves a ton on fuel, it costs $0 in repairs. The value of my pickup truck goes down $2,000 a year, the value of my Lava MSM goes down $1,500 a year and I'm paying $400 insurance on a car we put 2,000 miles on a year, the V8 Miata is a money pit in the fact that it will not get driven much, needs $1,000s in work done to it, and wastes gas like crazy. Responsibility and maturity have to kick in sometime. Anyone who would choose a sports bike over a Geo is neither. I'll let you young guys ride your crotch rockets. Hell, I might even stop to help scrape you up off the road when you wreck. Maybe we can put your leg in the back of my Metro - I don't really care if we get a little blood on the carpet because I have an extra one in my parts bin. Other than catching a little hell from friends and co-workers (and I laugh at them when they do it) the Metro is one hell of a car for many reasons. If they laugh too much I jump into the LS1 Miata and do a doughnut on their mother's bloody carcass to prove that I actually have more testosterone then they do.
Damn. I was still using cassettes when Milli Vanilli was popular.

You know you make yourself red in the face breathing in so hard, you sick bastard! You're addicted and need to seek help.

I like those super concentrated shower farts. I guess the moisture in the air takes up room and forces the particles closer together. That combined with the swirling air gets them to your face faster. Always almost instant stink. Just let one that smelled like rotting potatoes and I felt like I needed to rise myself off again to remove the stink.

Because Bob's wife will not drive the Metro's regularly, and every man knows that the wife is in control. Well at least Braineack knows that.

In the grand scheme of things you're not enjoying your nice cars AND paying to not enjoy them.

Is it all worth it? Cause it doesn't look that way from here.
My wife is not getting rid of her MSM (it is her toy), I'm not getting rid of my truck since we use it to haul, tow, etc. My point was that the Metro doesn't cost me anything to keep around and in fact is saving me money. Every other car that I have had has cost me money (just like probably every car you have ever had and will ever have). I'm not going to drive the MSM to work because it will only get **** up BUT on a nice sunny day I take it out and really enjoy it (same with the V8). Yes, I do miss having my SC'd DD Miata because I had a lot of fun with it on the way to work every day and I might get another car like that sometime. Anyway, yes it is all worth it. I am very happy with the way our car situation is at the moment. No regrets...
