Default Help Me Pick A Picture

didn't take too many pictures because i was on the bike and most of them are too big for this forum and i'm lazy but anyway it was awesome. About a 750 mile drive but the dragon is worth it. The miata might be cool to drive through but i think it would be too slow, you'd have to go in the off season. Finally got to push the bike, no more chicken strips.

Nice, I've been there once on a rocket and once in my car for MATG. I'll be driving out there again this year for the Miata gathering.

I think he's making a blanket sarcastic comment about the owners of that kind of bike.

Yeah I know what it is. I was asking if the bike you were referring to was blue in color, and piloted by a guy wearing a blue helmet with airbrushed flames?

I loved the gap even though I only got to drive down and back one time. Only saw 5-6 other vehicles the whole time, it was kinda cold out and it was March so that's understandable I guess. It's awesome. We have a similar stretch of road lose to cookeville but it's real short in comparison.

The Gap is fanstatic.... Plus all the roads around the area are good.... Trying to explain to non-car/bike/driving people, oh yeah, I'm going to the gap for vacation -- they give you the most confused looks.... <G>

Even better, walking around in a dragon shirt, you get the question occasionally -- hey, you've been to the gap? What do you ride? And then you tell them, I don't.... miata....

Dave,

yeah it was by far the best road i've ever been on, if you've got roads like it close to you then i'm jealous. You should have seen me trying to explain to girlfriend why i was driving a 750 miles to ride my bike on a certain road

When I took vacation time for it last year my boss replied, "So, you're driving 1000 miles to drive 11 miles?"

I'd pick #9. Some of the pics with the other bike are cool too.
