PS, miata looks like a piece of ****. I'm willing to bet big money its been in a wreck of some sort. At the very least the pass. fender has been repainted, replaced more than likely. That's just getting started.

Looks like a cheap respray was done on the fender, although I could be wrong.

You wouldn't be able to buy that cas cap new in CA, but they're not illegal to possess, so I assume they're not illegal to mail.

I'd guess the wine, but you said " outlawed in the USA" and I know that it is legal to ship wine in some states. So it might be illegal in TX (I'm pretty sure it is, in fact) but that still doesn't qualify.
