Not sure if anyone noticed me gone, but I'm back. I can get back online again.

At my school our outside entrances, hallway doors and each classroom all have electronic locks. Our ID badges have keys in them, so it's hard to get into the school without one. I was all setup and working and had to go to the bathroom. Come back 5 min later and all my **** was gone, along with 2 of the schools computers and the projector. With all that security they don't have any hallway cameras, so I was blamed for the theft since my ID badge was the last one used to open the door. This happened at 11:30pm. After proving to the police I had nothing to do with it they suspect the robbers waited until people left and then walked in. They probably hid behind these weird walls by the door and as I left the room (I was alone) they ran in. No word yet on what the school is going to do about it.

So I had to get a new laptop, external hd yada yada. I went back to working every minute I could. I picked up a dell XPS m1730 laptop. It ******* rocks. Best of all it has low jack for laptops, so hopefully it can be recovered if it gets stolen. Needless to say now everytime I go to the bathroom late at night I pack up all my stuff.

My car is still exactly how I left it, except buried in snow. I really hate winter. Is it over yet?

lojack for laptops isn't the greatest thing ever...HOWEVER...look up a program called Pointsec...should be what you need.

Sucks about the laptops but congrats on your new purchase.
