download and install the free malware-bytes anti-malware software.
Malwarebytes.org
update it and run the anti-malware scan
after it's done, go to Free ESET Online Antivirus Scanner and run that scan to pick up any remaining infections.

This one was a little tough for me. I tried deleting it and all its registry values, but it hid itself under a couple different names in various places. It would always (eventually) come back.
I found malwarebytes last week which worked great. No problems since.

Your website redirection/blocking probably has to do with your HOSTS file and it lists IPs or domains and redirects them. Read about it here: Hosts file - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I have a very good antivirus/firewall program, and I couldnt get rid of that ****. After several days I just reformatted, my laptop was running slow lately anyways. I hope whoever wrote that **** gets aids, herpes, chlamydia, and gives it to his mom who bites his **** off and feeds it to him. There should be a death penalty for people who write viruses.

Easy as cake to remove.
Go to bleepingcomputer.com and download Combofix.exe. Run it, dont worry about recovery console, just run it. I cleaned 5 computers with it so far without a hitch.
Download MalwareBytes, run that after.
Download Spybot Search and Destroy, immunize your computer and run the scan.
DO ALL THIS IN SAFE MODE.
Install Avast Antivirus.
Done.
