Infraction for posting useless drivel in the "INSERT BS HERE" section?

Infraction for posting useless drivel in the "INSERT BS HERE" section?
So here's the question... say some random noob want's to buy some injectors for their shitty miata build but they cant send a PM to seller of said injectors because their post count isn't 15 or higher, so they post a bunch of nonsense in the "insert BS here" section of the forum to raise their post count to 15. Now logic would dictate that the section of the forum labeled "insert BS here" would be tolerant to the insertion of bullshit...well...there. Now this random newb, (being a courteous young chap) to make very sure he or she wasn't taking a dump in anyones backyard decides to post a response to a video, in a thread called "crappy music video thread" to which they receive an infraction for at 3 in the morning. Good call, bad call, you be the umpire...
Please be detailed in your response explaining how you would have handled this situation had you been this noob, and whether you would have been douchey enough to create and entire thread about it after the fact in an attempt to tactfully raise your post count realizing you've already made one very sleepy mod mad at 3am. Oh also this newb is back the hell down to 1 post count now that our tired (and obviously humor-less) cop on the beat decided to erase the rest of his or her posts.

You have been a member since March. That means you have had 2 months to lurk and figure out how the site operates. You also have yet to make an intro thread to say who you are and what you plan on doing with your miata. So I support the warning that Curly gave you 100 percent. Since you asked what I would have done, I had a shitty day driving yesterday, so I would have probably just banned your instead of a warning.

I'm going to give you a serious response and hope that other, semi intelligent noobs such as yourself stumble upon this later and get with the program.
If you're here to buy crap we don't care about you. We don't want you. This is a community, you gotta actually contribute and be part of the community. If you spam in our threads, even the pointless ones made specifically for spamming, we will hunt you down for it. Because you're not part of us. You're not part of the community. Its like a family see: you're having dinner and some random jackhole off the street walks into your house and sits down at the dinner table, then starts rambling about some stupid nonsense just to eat your food. We don't like people like you. We hope they die in a fiery crash. This is not ebay or craigslist: if you're not part of the community, GTFO.
(its early and I haven't had coffee yet so if this doesn't make sense, suck my dick)

Apparently he's into FD's. I told him we like them and to make a build thread with a couple pics and we'd be happy.
I mean if he came in here and responded to his own thread he'd have a couple posts already.

HELLOZ EVERYONE!
My name is Heath, I'm into crappy Mazda's and other non-macho sports cars. I like long walks on the beach, holding hands, and sushi (with obligatory sake bombs).

Ok a little more about my me and goals for my car:
My resume:
So in real life I'm a human factors engineer (usability and engineering psychology... basically making things easier to use for people) and did my graduate thesis on headlight glare mitigation and automobile interface design.
In car life I'm the co-founder/owner of SakeBomb Garage (we do FD stuff... oil coolers, race car brakes, HID's, and other little important bits). I've done some custom parts for my Miata but since it's a DD I never put too much thought into the Miata market for go fast/fun parts, but it's always a possibility. I've had a NA Miata since back in '00 (shes my DD), FD since 2001, second FD project car since 2005 which will never be finished (3 rotor swap). I've also got a '67 MGB, and '67 Volvo p1800s. I've basically got a car junkyard. Anyway SBG does performance parts for FD RX7's and recently I've been doing a little here and there on my daily driver ('97 Montego NA) and am parts collecting to go turbo.
As far as the SakeBomb stuff goes, one of our big items of interest within the FD community are HID headlights... I recently put together a setup for my NA pop-ups and did a few sets of projectors for friends NB's. I'm not here to sell parts for the Miata necessarily, but the thought has crossed my mind before, I'm just not sure the Miata community wants to spend big dollars on expensive parts... the Miata has always been a DIY car (for me at least).
Now that I've got the same projectors as we use in our HID builds in my miata (I build headlights every day and I'm still surprised I was able to get them to work with the popups with literally 1mm clearance) I can drive ***** to the wall at night without worry of hitting deer, potholes, or uh... cops. They've already helped me from totaling my car, not hitting a deer, and not getting at least 3 tickets to date and I've only had them in for 8 months... it's amazing how being able to see everything totally changes the act of driving at night (from not only a fun perspective but a safety perspective too).
I'm personally here to do a turbo conversion on my miata of which I've already started collecting parts for. I drive the **** out of the car daily and have try to hit the backroads every other day or so. My favorite road of choice (the "long" way home) is about a half hour of tight turns, and even with my (relatively) stock NA I can keep up with much faster cars since it's all corners and relies more on suspension more than power. I'd even wager I'm faster in the miata than in my FD on that road since it's all tight slower corners and few straights or sweepers (more like an autox). Anyhoo, the impetus for the turbo came one day when an evo-x couldn't shake me on the backroads, but 5 minutes later I got pulled on by a.............prius........... on the highway. There's a juxtaposition for ya, and the lack of power is the only thing I hate about the miata. Other than that I'll never willingly sell it and have been driving the crap out of it for 12 years now with no major mechanical issues to date.
so hello to the good peoples of miata turbo, we'll either be good friends or good enemies, but now you know me. I've been a member of m-net for years but I can't stand it over there, it's too stuffy. This forum reminds me of rx7club quite a lot (which I call home) so hopefully I'll "fit in"
