Default Just what I've been up to......Lots of gay ****!

well I have not been around as much lately because of work and other goals Im touching right now, I've been getting back into my health and trying to shed 45 pounds while gaining some lean muscle, so far I've lost about 20 pounds and have gain some lean mass, I was seriously weak before I started back(my girl would pin me down and I couldnt get out of it:gay: ) but 3 months Ive gotten stronger overall then I've ever been, pushing to the limits and its nice to be fit again.

so far Heres my progress:
starting weight 245, new weight 215=30 pounds gone
-strength gains:
bench press-start 135, current 175(I know I need to work on this) 8 reps
dips-start 5(own body weight), current 15-20 with my own weight
barbell squats- start 165, current 300 for 15 reps
leg press-start 300, current 670 x 15 reps
Deadlifts-start 135x9 reps, current 225x8 reps( work in progress)

thats just some of my routine, Im working full-body 3 days a week and eating clean, supps im using whey protein,casien protein,No-xplode,animal pak(mutivitamin),CLA.

Im still working out some weaknesses But I think im making decent progress, using proper form I should see some progress in comming months oh And my leg has fully recoverd but still acts up every blue moon....well thats my post of the day. nice to see what you've guys done lately this forum is really busting alive.

Glad to see your getting your health back man, if you don't have it, you don't have anything right?

very nice, its not all about #s as it is stregnth and mobility when you need it.

I weigh about 130 lbs, I can only bench like 155, but I can full squat 360lbs or so.

At your size and strenght level sups aren't realy needed just stay clean and work hard. Once you have burned down to 10% or so body fat then think about sups. As of now you are not likely to lose as quickly given the aditional calories and mass of the sups. Get on those dips i know they can be hard but they are low impact and do alot for strenght try to work up to 3 sets of 30, and you should be benching 240 or so easy so long as you wiegh in at 190 or so. the more reps you do the more definition you get the more wieght you use the more strenght the more totall you do the better your results within your means of course. the supps are the basics , creatine(noxplode), whey protein(after workouts and between meals), casien(milk protein(for a nights sleep), Im not taking in an excessive amount of calories, I stay at 2500( non training recovery days) and on training days I bump that up to 3000, my workouts are harsh, I only use rest 60 seconds between sets, use supersets and tri-sets, and a circut, my work-outs last an hour to and hour and 30 minutes. my diet cosists 50-30-20(protien,carbohydrate,fats, I limit carbs at night, eat six to seven times daily, spacing meals 2-3 hours apart, I basically cycle my calories and dont load too much up on carbs on non training days, mostly complex carbs from fruits,whole grain bread,oatmeal...the good stuff

almost all bullshit *** "noxplode" has very little creatine in it. Do yourself a favor, quit buying the placebo, and buy CEE.

Everything else is on point though. congrats on your pogress.

I just use it for the energy so I can push harder, And I love the nice pumps it hands out lol, but whatever im not paying retail anyway lol , awww and yes the sex portion, I got that down 5-6 times a week lol

its just your basic vasolidator, It gives me what I need, otherwise with the way I run my routine I would'nt be able to make it 30 minutes, let alone an hour(I've tried, cant do it).
