Well even if its not in a miata, he did open the trunk on the highway.

Now...I've driven people on campus (meaning not even a 1/2 mile at max 15 mph.) all packed into my car...5 in fact. Gonna go for 6 some time, just need someone in the trunk. Plus I've been in the trunk, and closed the latch there's no room for a camera to be looking around.
