Personally I could care less. I just thought that it was a really clean swap with a lot of attention to detail.

It's not longer the case since they can rev to almost 9k with some work. Properly built 2JZs have very nice broad powerbands.

Link to dyno chart please. Every single magazine feature supra (i don't follow supras on the web) has a powerband usually starts around 5-6K that rises at a 80* angle up to max hp.

This is a Z guy on the forums I frequented:

I know he's posted dyno sheets before but I'm having trouble finding them. He shifts somewhere around 8.3-8.5k "for longevity" as he drives his car to the track, runs it, then drives it home.
