So on a related note, anyone here know how to get a jdm car into the us? I have an Eunos and and some point will have to move back to the states. I know you will all say to just sell it and buy another over there, but for arguments sake anyone know how it is done?

Are you in the military or a diplomat? If not, good luck.

Also, I would maybe pay 3.5k for that, jdm or not it's still a civic.

Become a Canadian citizen and insure it in Canada, and then drive it in the states with Canadian insurance.

That's one thing I totally don't understand though, is that there are a ton of people here who imported RHD Miata's and Civic's from Japan. Like why? It cost them the same or more, plus the hassle of going through drive thru's, underground parking lots with ticket dispensers... I can understand importing cars you couldn't get in North America (skylines, Suzuki Cappuccino's[cool as hell by the way], etc).

******* DUDE! The wheel is on the right! That makes it worth 3x it's actual value!!! This JDM **** makes me smile. The only thing I have ever wanted that was JDM were the headlights on my prelude, since the JDM models came in black housing and 1 piece plastic instead of chrome 2 piece glass that the USDM got.

If you move to Canada you can import this one:
Suzuki Cappuccino (T212117) - Import this 1992 Suzuki Cappuccino from Japan

Or this one:

I've wanted one for ages too, and if my miata was destroyed, I'd be buying a Cappuccino.

I already feel unsafe enough in my Miata thank you. I would love to have a Capp for racing though. Goddamn micromachine car.

Cappuccino with a Hayabusa engine (also with a turbo) would be bad ***!

This thread is about Cappuccinos now.

That guy might actually get some decent coin for that. Maybe not 10k, but 8k wouldn't surprise me. Some people out there really want their car JDM for the sake of being JDM and would gladly pony up for a real RHD rather than do a conversion. It doesn't make much sense, of course, but neither does a lot of the **** that goes on at CR.

For a car that looks exactly the same from the outside it seems like a really far fetched price.

Now an ITR on the other hand...

drool...
