Default Machine Shops near Chevy Chase/DC?

Need a good machine shop in Bethesda area. Anyone got a good recommendation, I need to remove a stuck stud and I don't have an arc welder!

I could do that, or I could just find a machine shop to remove the broken stud and that way I could just fix it right in the first place. I am not sure that I am going to get this motor swap done in time to go to the track. Which would be a bummer! I didn't want to take my street bike.
