I just saw the movie Cars and in the first 5 minutes of the movie there are two red cars that are cheering the "hero". They are played as ditzy FEMALE cars and I'd swear they are NA Miatas.

Just some more chick car bullshit.

 

they are...lol, I think theres a couple of more in the movie, but they are def NA miatas.

 

I think they are the same Miatas. They just change colors as the "hero" changes though the movie. lol

 

if you get around to watching it again, in the crowd theres a couple of NAs too


not just the chick cars..but hey, its alright, it just means whenever I beat someone they got beat by a chick car and aren't worth squat

 

It's not a chick car, it's a hairdressers car.

When I was part of the local Miata club and male hairdresser (he owned his own salon) joined after purchasing his Mazdaspeed Miata. I love when stereo-types come true!

 

I have seen CARS a couple of times, plan on buying the PS2 version as well...
Those are definitely (chick)miata in the movie and are part of Lightning McQueen's Groupie following through the film..

 

My wife thought the Miatas were funny.

 

What I thought was hilarious was when they "flash" him by popping up the pizza boxes!!

Also keep an eye out during the "delusions of grandeur" daydream sequences for the gold-plated NAs.
