Chevy cruze not entirely aweful. The seat is decent, and the infotainment system is pretty good. Of course, any sort of technology in the cockpit is a step up for me.
Averaging 36.3 mpg.
With any luck, I won't have to stop again until I'm through Illinois.

For anyone interested in this kind of thing, if your GM digital fuel gauge tells you you have 35 miles left on a tank, the car is about to sputter and die in about 50 yards.
Thanks to the lovely people at this farm for letting me borrow a gas can.
I lost about an hour and a half, but I'm still making good time. I should get to Seattle around 930AM.

I'm in Washington now. I lost about 6 hours yesterday due to a massive biker rally. mlMore on that later. For now, here's a thing I saw at Yellowstone this morning.

Yes, went to Seattle today. I thought it would be more like Portland. The dirtyness, urine smell, and congestion made it feel more like New York.
I'll be in Portland starting on the morning of the 6th and staying though the 8th.
I'm heading to Olympic now.

My dad is there right now, he said the same thing. Seattle sucks but the beer and food is good.
