Most fun you can have on 4 wheels?
My friends and i used to "borrow" Power Wheels from people's yards and take those down hill...if you take out the gears on the rear wheels, you can get them to free spin and go faster. Fastest we ever got going on them was around 28mph which is scary as **** when you are sliding around on plastic wheels.

lol....not much of an adrenaline rush. 
After we have a couple beers during our skate sessions we have a favorite spot we go luge at. The other night we got clocked at 35mph. That's laying flat on your back on a skateboard. Hands tucked under you and your feet straight out. That's how we end every skate session, **** is ******* insane. Much more exiting than going 10mph....if that.
