Default Mouse FAIL

No, it's not some random image that I came upon on the internet. This is what I found when I came out to the shop the other day. I left the drain pan under the car after dropping the oil to remove the turbo drain.

I didn't know rats bathed in oil. I guess you learn something new every day.

Looks like someone might have been lubing up a rodent for a little "gerbilling" when it got away.

Sure it isn't a cat? No one here would care anyway, it's not like anyone here likes cats.

I went months with cat paw racing stripes and a fuzzy cat hair top, he eventually died but my paint was too far gone to save.

Oiled up little ****. Did you follow the trail?

Its funny. As I was reading this post lastnight a ******* mouse jumped out of the heater and ran across the floor. My gf just started renting this place and it seems these ******* were here first.

I set a trap lastnight and the little **** ate the peanut butter but didn't set off the trap. I tested it to make sure it was working and almost snapped my own god damn finger!

We have been hearing something in the wall by the heater (wall radiator) for a couple days now. At least now we know what it is.

I chased it but lost it. I had a carrot in my hand that I was planning on killing it with. The dogs are psycho now and pawing at the wall non-stop. Hopefully I can catch and kill these bitches this week.

Default another one

From last weekend's zoo trip. I'm not sure what was up, but he kept following me around like he wanted to give to me.

Moat of antifreeze around car, done.

Raccoons are the problem out here, it was cats when I lived in FL. My mom used to feed them in our garage and I would chase them off. At least the cats haven't figured out how to open car doors....I caught a raccoon red-handed opening the OTM's door when we left it unlocked once.

It's meth heads around here. They have gotten pretty smart and can also attempt to open car doors, but they usually can't figure it out and just smash a window to get into your car to steal the thing of least value out of it. I usually chase them off with a 9mm but they don't learn their lesson and come back. Maybe I should set an oil trap and follow their scurried little shuffling oily foot prints back to their dwelling.

At least it wasn't cat pee.... if it had been your car would be totaled.

Back when I had my RX-7, I left the sunroof open one night. When I went to go to work the next day, I jumped in my can and heard a thud. I turned around to find a grey cat sitting in the hatch looking at me funny. Needless to say, as soon as I opened up the door and got out it quickly decided to do the same.

Had that happen once when I left the window open on the Miata. I started down the driveway and had the hair on the back of my neck stand up. Looked back to see a cat stretching like nothing peculiar was going on. I think he changed his mind as he was flung out the damn window. That scared the **** out of me.

Bosses wife has a 02-03 T-bird. One sunny day she went out to her beloved T-bird, and noticed there was a cat in the passenger seat. Said cat ran off, but did its damage. Pissed on the leather seat, carpet, and center console. They spent three days trying to clean the car, to no avail. Finally they filled an insurance claim, and $3,000 later it was remedied. New Center console, New carpet, New seat covers, New foam pads. She vowed that if she ever saw that cat she would kill it with her bare hands.

I've heard that leaving a few strips of duct tape on the ground around the car, sticky side up, can work wonders.
