Grand Prix the Movie
For guys my age, the Monza circuit used to be a place that separated the brave from the rest. From Grand Prix the movie:

If you'd like to see a very realistic freeway race between two proper sports cars, check out Against All Odds.

Best car movie ever; Days of Thunder /thread |
As much as I'm not an especially big fan of NASCAR... yeah, Days of Thunder was a pretty good film.

Today, some demoman in TF2 got mad at me for suggesting that his stickybombs looked like giant diseased testicles.
Which, of course, brings me to a fairly obvious point: https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1365059898 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1365059898 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1365059898 |
Honarable mention for born to race, low budget fasts and furious attempt. Miata in the begging even though its a club ricer style car. Overall decent movie if your bored

I'm gonna stand up for Saml01 and say that I actually watched Initial D, and while it is a Jap drifto movie, it is still pretty decent. I like it the way I like the F&F movies; I don't respect it, but for some reason it is entertaining.

I've been tainted by Porsche-tards at the track these days, but growing up my movie store had this movie on VHS and i watched it everyday for like 3 months. no fake shit, ust a real Porsche hauling ass as it's chased by a fighter jet. I bought the movie not long ago on Amazon on DVD for its 30th (or 35th). was a Canadian film when lee majors was a big deal in the 80's, right in the 6 million dollar man and fall guy era.

No comments on TT3D?
Imho its a better movie then Love the Beast (which was pretty great). Even if you hate bikes, go see this movie! Nothing comes closer to capturing the lunacy of driving any vehicle right on the ragged edge. |
This scene was mildly entertaining ...

This one is going to be epic

Not a movie but does this with Emillio and 949 racing count?

watching that makes me sad. But it does give me a good bit of motivation for Aug.
