Ive cut my na gv lip in half and got it lined up where it should sit. Just have to fill the gap somehow. Anyone have any ideas that would be fairly strong and quite pretty? Heres what ive got..

i tried expandable foam + bondo but it was nowhere near strong enough.

 

They're cheap. Buy 2 and cut off center, so there's no gap. Then just use body filler for the seam.
