New galaxy 6, iphone 6 gps
I tried to research how fast my new Samsung s6 active gps is but cannot find info anywhere.
I am thinking if the racecapture kickstarter does not go through I may just use Harrys lap timer with my Samsung s6. But do I really need an external GPS? It just says "GPS, A-GPS, Glonass, BeiDou".
My Samsung s4 had some problems while in track not recording times right.

Unless things have recently changed all phone GPS are 1hz.
You can test this by installing a lap timing app (I use racechrono) and looking at the GPS stats.
