Too cold for Miata so I made snow.
Never really gets this cold here in Virginia Beach so I bet this is old news to some of you northern folk but here goes.
So with the cold weather last week I hear the kids say its cold but no snow, I can fix this.
Off to the internet to figure out how to build a snow maker. So off to Pressure works for some pressure washer parts and than to Home Depot and some assembly and I have a snow maker.
So got a 13hp, 3300psi pressure washer and also used my 60gal compressor to add required water and compressed air to the "manifold" small adjustments and after coating the driveway with black ice (not good) I finally got it to make snow. In a few hours I had 5" on my front yard tapering off to a dusting about 100' out.

So a large compressor running all afternoon and the pressure washer went through 7 gallons of gas but worth it. Expensive to make snow.
