My buddy works for BK Motorsports, actually two of them do. I'll be hanging out with them once in a while

 

ma and my gf should be there... dunno if we are taking her MSM or my car yet....

 

Two more days... I wish I could get out of work tomorrow, lots of good races on Friday.

 

Just got home. We had to leave early today in order to be back in TN at a decent hour for a rifle match in the morning. I looked around amongst my travels around the track and saw only one turbo miata, never seen pictures of it online though. A maroon NB with a tilted IC in the mouth, parked in the mazda corral. Didn't even see any with teh BFH banners either. Guess I wasn't looking hard enough.

 

I ended up not parking in the mazda area because a friend got me in a spot in the parade lap with a driver in the passenger seat. I ended up with Timo Bernhard, one of the drivers of the LMP2 #7 Porsche RS spyder (they came in second overall, first in class). Timo was a a nice guy, I enjoyed chatting with him as the cars were coming onto the grid and as we drove around the track during the parade lap.

I left early to go watch the UGA/UT game. I should have stayed at the race, I didn't enjoy watching Georgia get their asses kicked by UT.
