What he said. You won't get any more speed out of a "performance muffler" for these. Just take the stock exhaust and cut out the restrictions.

As in the whole half-sphere endcap?


EDIT:

Oh yeah, meant to mention that I'm picking up a free (in need of rebuild) XR200 motor tomorrow that may or may not eventually find it's way into this scooter.

Everything that I've read says their a waste of money.
The CDM replacements claim higher speed, more power, high revs and such, but fail often.

Machined head and belt drive pulley...higher compression, and better (taller) gear ratio.
