Default Planet Miata sucks

These guys can't answer a call or email.

I bought a part from them earlier this week. Never got tracking info. Need it asap so called to see if it shipped or if there's a delay, they won't answer. Tried contact us page, email, calls, radio silence.

How do you get ahold of them? At this point I just want to cancel the order and buy somewhere else.

Sorry to hear it man. My only experience was years ago (Dec 2018) with Marc (marc@planet-miata.com , https://www.facebook.com/marc.cefalo). I bought a cheap set of stainless pedal covers/throttle extension. Paid through PayPal and got a photo of a UPS ground shipping label within 24 hours. Not sure it helps, but the return info I had was:

Steve Pesta
570-283-2888

What were you looking to get a hold of? not HTX but maybe I know someone in central TX with the right parts hoarding ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Looking for this: https://planet-miata.com/mazda-steering-wheel-by-mpi/

I'll try that email and see if it goes anywhere. Thanks for the info!

Planet miata has never let me down. Parts are accurate as described and typically arrive in 2 days sometimes less. Granted I am in NY and they're a hop and skip away in PA i believe.
