Which All-Clad pan would be best suited for cooking a human liver?

Most stainless steel cookware is pretty decent and as noted no need for the expensive copper core etc. All clad stuff is nice
But if you are really good then nothing beats cast iron and it is dirt cheap just heavy and you can't put it in the dishwasher. Buy a Lodge pan with handles on both sides if possible.
Browns stuff like a champ, can be put in the oven.
Just gotta wait for it to heat up.
Seasoned properly it is more non stick than stainless ever will be.
