A radio station of fine heritage, WRUF-FM "Rock 104" died this week when, after serving up twenty seven years' of uninterrupted AOR at the top of the charts as Gainesville, FL's ONLY rock station, it was announced that the signal would be reformatted as "Gator Country 103.7" in what can only be interpreted as a willful and deliberate effort on the part of the station's recently hired PD Randy Wright- a known communist, child molester and serial rapist- to destroy the ratings and drive the station into immediate bankruptcy.
