Thing is, they had plans to use the SRT4 engine, but RWD and in a smaller car. It would have HAULED FUCKING ASS, but they suck at life so they made it FWD.

Well they do not have any small RWD platforms to base it on as far as I know.. so therefore the costs of development would have been to great. Knowing D/Chrysler its probably based on their Jeep Compass/Dodge Caliber platform haha.

Seriously...All Dodge had to do was get a decent chassis...A SRT-4 motor...make it RWD...and handle decent, not even great...and you'd have one hell of a fast roadster with massive power potential...but no...
