Just put a CMU block at each of the rear corners of your space. They're nearly worthless (no fear of theft, but you're out $1 if it gets stolen), and it should make being an ******* less convenient to Ali.
Other considerations: Make sure the parking garage either has good cameras or isn't frequented by drunk douche bags.

No cameras that I'm aware of on the second story, which is where I am. Only down on level 1, where the entrance / exit / valet station are.

As a matter of fact, a subtitled version is definitely in the works.
I had a talk with the director and the producer about this very subject just the other day. Turns out, TRT has farmed this whole thing out to some company already.
They will be transcribing and translating the audio, and then the show will be made available to foreign markets.
I kindly reminded them we specialize in technical translation (among other things) and that it should be us who should be doing the translation related stuff for the sake of quality control.
They agreed.
We will be talking to TRT this week to get that job.
Hell, translating myself is not that difficult.
Here I am, translating an equine surgical procedure...

They did.
Not sure about the "scrapped" my car comment. Either Ali is impugning the value of my car by implying that the cost of the paint damage exceeds the value of the car itself, or if they just don't spel gud.
Haven't quite decided how I want to handle this yet...

Penetrating the concrete is probably a no-no. This is a 56 story building, and they don't take kindly to residents drilling holes in structural materials.
That's actually a brilliant idea. I'd been thinking sandbags, but blocks are a lot cheaper and easier to install.

No penetration (that's sexually violating a building. rule 34 or something), but can you epoxy them down?

I love working with German CAD drawings. (Well, Liechtensteinein, but they speak German.) So precise. Such verbose layer names.
