Can't find anything more recent. Did this ever go to trial? Last I saw he was out on bail in April. Since when do the grant bail on capitol murder charges?!?

 

I remember when that whole chuckyz thing was going on. Everyone was wondering where their parts were and come to find out the ******* kid is in jail for murder charges. Holy **** that was unexpected!

Did everyone that had parts/money in limbo make out alright in the end?

His Dad came in after ChuckyZ disappeared (was sitting in jail) and as far as I know, made everything right with the buyers. He sold and shipped parts to help fund the defense and bail costs.

 

Yeah, AFAIK, all were made whole. Dad paid me back for the bad injectors, plus extra to cover my return shipping.

 

I have been meaning to check on what the deal was with that. Teddy (ChuckyZ) is a friend of a aquantance. I saw him after he got out on bail and I immediately left. Freaked me the hell out. They were all hanging out like it was normal.

 

I remembered when that whole thing was going on. I always wondered what ever happened to all those parts and that motor!

 

I think someone bought it. I read something that mention.. "the infamous chucky motor" .. or some **** like that not long ago

 

I think rlogan got the motor...I got the suspension.

Chucky's dad was telling me stories about all the guys stuffing big parts (trannies and motors) into their Miatas since I was the last one to show. His dad was a real stand-up guy, and I really felt sorry for him having to go through that.

I tried looking up what happened to Chucky, but haven't seen anything. Big thanks to our wonderful judicial system.

I was the first to find out about the motor and told stien then he posted up about it and I was worried, ( you could understand) I got a hold of his dad as the others had but was relieved to finally get my MS at an awesome price!!!!

 

Thats terrible. I did have to laugh at the last post on turbo parts.
