Add a 3 meal combo: 2 PCPros plus a PCPro timing card, pop engine, then prolly blame it on the stock injectors not spreading the fuel properly ...
it's always is most likely something else's fault ...

Prolly, he will start picking up on the stock off-boost drivability from the stock ECU supposedly so much better than standalones. Like one can't put the timing numbers from the hacked stock ECU maps in their standalone and go from there ...

Funny, if you check his Coldside guys having problems with engine running smoothly when cold, some strange procedures about tricking the stock ECU trying to idle good, etc. So much for the OEM off-boost drivability being better than with standalone... And oh, noes, a PCPro can't help them with adjusting the off-boost or idle maps so they fix those issues caused by the intake & exhaust changes they did by adding the F/I kit ...

LOL. Didn't someone of you guys here did and documented the Toyota COP first. When you follow the link from #113, the first few posts hint about he's probably lurking on this board too. Can we bet that if he gets his Toyota COP running, he might make/sell a kit and proclaim himself as the inventor

It will be interesting though - can a PC-Pro alter the dwell maps in the stock ECU so the new coils get their proper dwell? I guess not

 

the car i recently bought had a supercharger on it before i picked it up. the powercard setup was still in the glovebox.

It looked like such cheap gimmicky crap that I figured it was some e-bay junk and threw it in a box. i still have it somewhere. anybody want it? lol. i have no idea if it works.

well, i do, actually. what i meant to say is, i have no idea if it turns on. it certainly "doesn't work" even on the best of days.

 

If that's the case with Tom trying to steal ideas,then this forum should only be accessed and viewed by registered users,people who are not members cannot view the forum without registering.

Tom seems to have no clue on how to tune a car.He does not take responsability for his mistakes and always blames something or someone else but himself,yet he still cannot figure out why people are blowing up engines(maybe he might know,but does not want to admit it) and continues to sell them on fixes that have nothing to do with why the engines blew in the first place(what the **** does rebuilding a second engine with forged pistons and rods have to due with uneven distribution of fuel?).

Tom has no business going near a car,let alone tune one under the owners expense because of his lack of knowledge.
