In white suburbia, they teach kids to be submissive. In the "black ghetto", they teach them to take control and dominate or lose your "personal property". This makes the typical white kid leery of the more dominant "urban youth" haha.

The funny thing is, if you hold your ground, 90% or better will back down. Stay calm and you'll take out most the rest if you can fight AT ALL, while the remaining will either drop you like a brick, or get a lucky stick in. Hurts running across them few guys.....

Then again, anacondas, gators, cobras, and hatian voodoo weren't common in the D. I give miami the nod on wtf factor.

 

I've lived in some shitty areas in Ireland but none compare to Detroit. Not even a walk through Derry's bogside is as depressing as a jaunt through Detroit.

 

The gators mostly stay out of the downtown area, and serve the important function of keeping the toy poodle population in check.
