Weird that the states are cleanly divided across current state borders. I doubt that would happen.
I know NM would probably be split 3 ways and the 4 corners area would be hotly contested because of the oil fields and refining abilities.
I don't see Kentucky as ever being a part of the E.U. ROFL.

Despite having 1 billion less people, our GDP is still twice as large as China's. China may one day match the US but today is definitely not the day. GDP per capita is still somewhere around 5,000$ in China.
We have a lot of debt, but we're definitely the largest economy and the most powerful one at that.
