good stuff! wish i had mushroom bearing yard.

 

I miss having mushrooms and fiddle heads growing wild back in Maine, so yummy cooked up with garlic and some butter, then sprinkle a bit of sea salt and cracked pepper on top.

 

i love mushrooms too, i don't think i'd be eating ones i found though, never seen any that look like those either, what are they?

i'll take the mini bellas, wrap em in tin foil with some lemon juice and old bay, throw em on the grill and put em on my steak
