I've been looking to replace my older Onkyo with something that will do HDMI. That 804 is $229 shipped. I've been on the lookout for something that did full 1.3 upconverting for all sources... but for the price of this one??? My birthday is Sunday, so maybe...

Ben,

Not the DVD's but the Denon receivers. Neither one lists hdmi inputs. Probably buy one for that money anyway!
