Having already been deployed before, you know the routine. Find the old hands that can give you the straight poop on the do's, don'ts and gotcha's; ID the shitbirds in your unit and attempt to pair them w/ someone to mentor them before they get themselves or someone else injured or worse; stay tactical but don't fall into a rut; and most importantly, keep your eyes and ears open so you can come back to friends and family as intact as possible.

Good luck Koto, be safe, I'll be joining you out there in a few short months unless they change things up on me.
