i've seen this guy on california plates, bucket drivers seat, car is silver. I was in a black Rx-8 getting out of the neighborhood (too bad there is a park in it as well, so IDK if the person moved into my neighborhood or was at the park)

But I talked to this guy for maybe 5 seconds, he said he just moved here and the car looked like it just drove 3000 highway miles not being washed.
