Black NA, black hard top, huge front mount with red lettering, ricer exhaust can, chopped rear bumper, lot of shiny suspension bits peaking out, sounded like it had a dog box transmission and/or based on the shifts it may have been a puck clutch, lowered, wide tires, clean and mean as hell.

You were driving through the building complex between Marcus Ave and Union Tpke.

 

The ricer fart can must really be mean.
