Seen this video many times, but still awesome imo. There are some better ones, with a supra and a cosworth, and one with a old porsche.

I don't think this one with the STI is from GIS, mainly because there was a part where there was a subtitle that referred to "gay in Stockholm" not wanting to get the whole police force to follow them, unlike the STI "ghostrider" in this vid.

Still, they are all gnarly videos, I'd love to hear some commentary from the cops in these chases.

 

Yes, the GIS - movies (they have made quite a lot of them now) have got a lot of attention here in Sweden. The sad truth is that our Policeforce has much too little resources to deal with this type of crime and therefore stand little chance to do anything about it. If you would do something like this in Berlin, you bitch *** would be stomped quite fast, I dare to say.

They use assume cars and they are driving them very well and the movies are very well made...but... I can not help thinking that it only takes one misstake by somebody ELSE in the area, a man walking out in the street, a driver pulling out from a parking space for the fun to end very quickly. Sure, on the highway outside the city, it is not a big deal. But actually in the city, it gets dangerouse for other people around them. They are also, as always, inspiring a bunch of retarded mongoloids in backwards baseballcaps to drive their Hondas too fast in the city and that has already ended badly.
