Yeah surprisingly, wasnt expecting to sell it so quickly, but a guy from new jersey was willing to pay :) ended up making 350 on the sale. Just enough to buy new tires for the Z1000

Tell me about it, sometimes its gorgeous sometimes its a monstrosity. But it was designed by one of the designers behind the miata, so again sometimes its awesome sometime it looks like a freak of nature.

Im working on it :) first thing is the seat, then the wheels.

But that reminds me, she ran a 10.99 in the quarter mile.... :) so stupid fast

I've always had a soft spot for the Z1000 except for the bling bling pipes. Route that shit under the seat like a CBR600RR and I'd want to snap that bike up!

i'm a supersport guy but i do like the z1000, i always thought it would just be a fun bike, probably clown around with it too much though

In the naked/hooligan category, I'm a ZRX1200 fan myself. I got a great deal on my modded Falco a few years back, but sadly sold that once I moved to VaBch. I'm probably going to do a newer Triumph Sprint when I move back to Cali next year.

THe ZRX1200 looks too much like a retro bike without going far enough, its in that awkward stage, but it looks like so much fun.

One day I hope to get a triumph.

Hmm if i had the money i would buy a new Triumph Daytona 675, but that is one bad ass bike man.
