With a timeline like that, there is no friendship to be made, simply because there isn't enough time available to benefit from it.

Officer told me directly, unless you catch them on camera vandalizing your property, it's your word agains theirs and unless its worth our time (unless the property damages are assessed at x amount) we can't do anything.

To me that says, "Retaliation is fair... just don't get caught."

Once I move, 6-8 weeks later when all is forgotten, they'll get a visit.

The whole "I'm an in the closet queer" treatment would be hilarious... only problem being these kids probably don't know how to use a computer (serious as can be...) and their parents probably throw away all mail that isn't a Gov't check. Yes... that's who we're dealing with here. Complete trash.
