This is correct, the sand porting story was from 2007, so not a contender. Just seemed like it was part of this years rash of failure threads.

The Mouglie thread had to have been from last year too, I shipped to basic January 3rd, 2009 and I remember the thread VERY VERY well, so had to have been a little while before that.

I missed that one. And Wow I knew Chucky was arrested, but damn I didnt know all that was going on. Kind of scary.
